摘　　要：为了更好地管理和利用工程档案,工程建设单位选择将工程建设档案进行数字化和信息化改造,提高档案的可访问性和利用效率,但同时也带来了新的挑战和风险,其中最重要的是工程建设档案的安全性和保密性。通过分析档案数字化与信息化的优势,重点讨论档案数字化与信息化下的工程建设档案保密问题,并提出相应的解决方案,以确保其安全性和保密性。In order to better manage and utilize the engineering archives,the engineering construction units have chosen to carry out the reconstruction of digitization and informatization on the engineering construction archives to improve their accessibility and utilization efficiency.However,this has also brought new challenges and risks,with the most important being the security and confidentiality of the engineering construction archives.The confidentiality issues of the engineering construction archives under the digitization and informatization of archives are discussed emphatically by analyzing the advantages of archive digitization and informatization,and the corresponding solutions are put forward,so as to ensure their security and confidentiality.
