山西省废旧沥青路面资源循环利用产业发展战略研究

摘　　要：立足山西省废旧沥青路面资源循环利用产业,分析其发展的内部环境存在的优势及劣势,以及外部环境带来的机遇和威胁。利用IFE和EFE两个矩阵的定量研究结果,绘制SWOT战略四边形,找出四边形重心所在象限,确定战略类型,最终研究制定出山西省废旧沥青路面资源循环利用产业的发展战略。Based on the recycling industry of waste asphalt pavement resources in Shanxi province,the advantages and disadvantages of its internal development environment as well as the opportunities and threats brought by the external environment are analyzed.The SWOT strategic quadrilateral is drawn by using the quantitative research results of two matrices like IFE and EFE to identify the quadrant where the quadrilateral center of gravity is located,determine the type of strategy,and ultimately work out the development strategy for the recycling industry of waste asphalt pavement resources in Shanxi province.
