摘 要:为确定特厚煤层综放面大空间开采条件下沿空掘巷合理时机,以晋能控股煤业集团塔山煤矿特厚煤层生产地质条件为研究背景,采用理论分析、现场地表移动观测、反演分析等方法,分析了综放面覆岩结构特征及运动规律、采动覆岩稳定时间,从而确定沿空掘巷合理时机。研究结果表明:大同矿区特厚煤层综放开采低位关键层形成悬臂梁结构、在中高位形成砌体梁结构;该矿石炭系特厚煤层综放面采动覆岩整体稳定时间约为1年,端部结构稳定时间一般为3~6个月,距煤层越近,覆岩运动对端部结构的影响越大。沿空巷道应在相邻工作面采空区覆岩整体稳定后掘进。In order to determine the reasonable timing of roadway excavation along the goaf under the conditions of large space mining in the fully mechanized top coal caving face of the ultra-thick coal seam,taking the geological conditions of the production of the ultra-thick coal seam in Tashan Coal Mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Group as the research background,theoretical analysis,on-site surface movement observation,inversion analysis and other methods were used to analyze the structural characteristics and movement rules of the overlying rock in the fully mechanized top coal caving face,as well as the stability time of the overlying rock during mining,in order to determine the reasonable timing of roadway excavation along the goaf.The research results indicate that the cantilever beam structure is formed in the low key layer of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining of the ultra-thick coal seam in Datong mining area,and the masonry beam structure is formed in the middle and high levels.The overall stability time of the overlying rock during mining in the fully mechanized top coal caving face of the coal seam is about 1 year,and the stability time of the end structure is generally 3~6 months.The closer to the coal seam,the greater the impact of overlying rock movement on the end structure.The roadway along the goaf should be excavated after the overall stability of the overlying rock in the adjacent goaf.
