新型农村集体经济发展面临的困境与对策——基于河南省濮阳县水产业发展的调研

摘　　要：本文结合濮阳县实际,在对水产业深入调研的基础上,总结了当前农村集体经济发展现状,分析了新型农村集体经济发展面临的形势和困境,从完善集体经济管理体系、金融扶持优化发展环境、强化人才引进与培养、出台政策拓宽发展路径等四个方面提出了促进农村集体经济发展的对策与建议,以期为发展壮大农村集体经济提供参考。Based on the actual situation of Puyang County and in-depth research on the aquaculture industry,this article summarizes the current development status of rural collective economy.Then,the situation and difficulties faced by the development of the new rural collective economy were analyzed.Finally,from four aspects:improving the collective economic management system,optimizing the development environment with financial support,strengthening talent introduction and training,and introducing policies to broaden the development path,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the development of rural collective economy,in order to provide reference for the development and growth of rural collective economy.
