摘　　要：作为社会财富的新形态,数字财富正在成为推进共同富裕的重要力量。数字经济时代,数字劳动和数据要素是创造数字财富的重要源泉。数字商品财富的创造,既体现在数字商品价值形成和价值增殖过程中,也反映在数据生产资料扩大再生产过程中;数字非商品财富的创造则需要依靠政府、企业、社会和平台等多元供给体系协同实现。社会主义市场经济中的数字财富分配,必须坚持按劳分配为主体、多种分配方式并存的基本分配制度,充分体现数据要素的价值贡献,也要重视和解决好数字财富分配可能引致的极化效应。立足新发展阶段,我国要在不断做强做优做大数字经济的基础上,稳步推进数字财富创造与积累,科学规范数字财富分配,以此扎实推进全体人民共同富裕。As a new form of social wealth,digital wealth is becoming an important force for promoting common prosperity.In the era of digital economy,digital labor and data are great sources of digital wealth creation.The creation of digital commodity wealth is not only reflected in the process of the formation and multiplication of the value of digital commodities,but also reflected in the process of the extended reproduction of data production means.The creation of digital non-commodity wealth relies on the coordination of multiple supply systems such as governments,enterprises,society and platforms.In the distribution of digital wealth in the socialist market economy,we must adhere to the basic distribution system where distribution according to work is the main body and multiple distribution methods coexist,fully reflect the value contribution of data elements,and also pay attention to and solve the polarization effect that may arise from the distribution of digital wealth.Based on the new stage of development,China should steadily promote the creation and accumulation of digital wealth and scientifically regulate the distribution of digital wealth on the basis of continuously strengthening,improving and expanding the digital economy,so as to solidly promote the common prosperity of all people.
