数字普惠金融与城乡收入差距的缩小——基于CMDS数据的经验证据

摘　　要：在以城乡融合发展推进现代化建设的新征程中,揭示数字普惠金融与流动劳动力城乡收入差距的关系有助于阐明数字普惠金融促进城乡共同富裕的积极作用。本文研究数字普惠金融对城乡流动劳动力收入差距的影响。结果发现,数字普惠金融有助于缩小城乡流动劳动力的收入差距,也能缓解城乡收入不平等。扩大私营部门就业需求是数字普惠金融得以促进农村流动劳动力就业增收的关键,但数字普惠金融带动农村流动劳动力创业增收和家庭财产增值的功能有待发挥,户籍制度依然是城乡流动劳动力收入不平等的来源。建议借助数字化技术增强精准普惠金融服务获得能力,拓展数字普惠金融的城市包容性就业促进功能,提升农村流动劳动力金融素养与投资意识,发挥数字普惠金融对农村流动劳动力家庭的资产增值功能。In the new journey of promoting modernization through urban-rural integration development,revealing the relationship between digital inclusive finance and the urban-rural income gap of floating labor force is behalf to clarify the positive effects of digital inclusive finance in promoting urban-rural common prosperity.We discuss the impact of digital inclusive finance on the income gap between urban and rural floating labors.The results show that digital inclusive finance helps to narrow the income gap between urban and rural floating labors,and can also alleviate income inequality between them.Expanding the employment demand in the private sector is the key for digital inclusive finance to promote the employment and income increase of rural floating labor force.However,the function of digital inclusive finance to drive entrepreneurship of rural floating labor force and income increase of property appreciation remains to be weak.The household registration system is still the source of income inequality between urban and rural floating labors.Therefore,it is recommended to use digital technology to enhance the ability of private enterprises to access precise inclusive financial services,expand the urban inclusive employment promotion function of digital inclusive finance,enhance the financial literacy and investment awareness of rural floating labors,and leverage the wealth appreciation function of digital inclusive finance for rural floating families.
