《生相怜》还是《相生怜》:春柳社演剧剧名考辨

摘　　要：春柳社早期的演剧《生相怜》,过去囿于史料缺乏、解读错误、以讹传讹等原因,该剧名一直存在《生相怜》和《相生怜》两种无法统一的说法。根据多种文献、史述及当时日本报纸新闻,该剧剧名应为《生相怜》,欧阳予倩1959年重版之《自我演戏以来》中的相关记述正确。《沪报》《时报》虽详尽记述了该剧之内容,却把剧名《生相怜》误记为《相生怜》。In the early period,due to a lack of historical materials,misinterpretation,and the spreading of fabrications,the titles of the Chunliu Theater Society's plays Sheng Xiang Lian and Xiang Sheng Lian have been interpreted inconsistently.According to a variety of documents,historical accounts,and Japanese newspaper reports of the time,the original title of the play should have been Sheng Xiang Lian,and the relevant record in Ouyang Yuqian's 1959 reprint of Since I Have Been Acting is thus correct.Although the Shanghai News and the Eastern Times all gave detailed accounts,the original title Sheng Xiang Lian was mistakenly transcribed as Xiang Sheng Lian.
