摘　　要：目的观察单纯个性化饮食对肥胖儿童减重的作用。方法收集2020年7月至2022年9月江西省儿童医院门诊112例单纯性肥胖儿童,均实施单纯个性化饮食治疗。对患儿的基本特征,是否合并脂肪肝、血脂、血糖异常,及饮食治疗1个月后的体重、腰围、臀围、BMI等特征进行统计分析。结果患儿治疗后腰围、臀围、体重、BMI均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.001)。治疗后脂肪肝情况较治疗前明显改善(P=0.04)。治疗有效率为91.1%(102/112)。结论单纯个性化饮食治疗对肥胖儿童的减重具有明显的改善作用,对提高肥胖儿童和家长对下一个月目标体重的执行力也有积极作用。Objective To observe the effect of simple personalized diet on weight loss in obese children.Methods Data of 112 children with simple obesity who were treated with simple personalized diet in our hospital from July 2020 to September 2022 were collected in this study.The basic characteristics,fatty liver,dyslipidemia,pathoglycemia,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,and body mass index(BMI)after 1 month of treatment were statistically analyzed.Results The waist circumference,hip circumference,weight and BMI significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Furthermore,fatty liver was obviously improved after treatment,with an effective rate was 91.1%(102/112).Conclusion Simple personalized dietary therapy is significantly effective for weight loss in obese children,and has a positive effect on the executive ability of obese children and their parents to achieve the target weight for the next month.
