摘　　要：目的探讨基于循证构建的外周静脉留置针置入标准作业程序(SOP)在经足背浅静脉行下肢静脉造影患者中的应用效果。方法将200例经足背浅静脉行下肢静脉造影患者按护理方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施基于循证构建的外周静脉留置针置入SOP方案。比较2组患者留置针一次性穿刺成功率、单次建立穿刺时间、疼痛程度[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价]、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组留置针一次性穿刺成功率、患者满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),单次建立穿刺时间、VAS评分、并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于循证构建的外周静脉留置针置入SOP用于经足背浅静脉行下肢静脉造影患者,可有效提高患者留置针一次性穿刺成功率、患者满意度,减轻患者疼痛感,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the efficacy of evidence-based standard operating procedure(SOP)for peripheral venous indwelling needle placement in patients undergoing lower extremity venography via the superficial dorsal vein of the foot.Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing lower extremity venography via the superficial dorsal vein of the footwere given routine nursing care alone(control group,100 patients)or in combination with evidence-based SOP for peripheral venous indwelling needle placement(observation group,100 patients).The success rate of one-time puncture,time of single puncture,visual analog scale(VAS)score,complication rate,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the one-time puncture success rate and patient satisfaction increased,and the time of single puncture,VAS score and incidence of complications decreased in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based SOP for peripheral venous indwelling needle placement can effectively improve one-time puncture success rate and patient satisfaction,and reduce pain and complications in patients undergoing lower extremity venography via the superficial dorsal vein of the foot.
