摘　　要：党的二十大报告明确指出:“共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的本质要求,也是一个长期的历史过程。”“全体人民共同富裕的现代化”作为中国式现代化的中国特色之一,成为新时代新征程中国共产党领导中国人民团结奋斗的重要使命。追求共同富裕的关键在于进一步明确生产资源配置方式和生活资料分配方式的合理性、正当性和合法性,这一追问必然穿透“应得”标准问题表象,深层指向“何种正义”原则选择,进展到探寻正义原则如何构成资源生产与分配方式的正当性价值规范。在资本逻辑和市场经济客观存在的多层、多元利益驱使下形成的“差异性社会”投射出多元正义原则,需要我们站在“以人民为中心”立场上加以科学严格辨析。呼唤作为中国式现代化优越性特色的共同富裕,其目的是防止超越阶段的民粹主义正义观空想的干扰,以全面深化改革消灭固化利益格局的新保守主义正义观企图,同时要警惕新自由主义正义观催生同质性差异向对抗性差异演变的后果。差异的正义观是对物质利益合理安排的哲学表达,科学指引共同富裕走向公平与效率的和谐统一。The report to the Party's 20th National Congress clearly pointed out that“common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it is also a long-term historical process.”“The modernization of common prosperity for all the people”as one of the Chinese characteristics of the Chinese-style modernization,has become an important mission of the Communist Party of China to lead the Chinese people in unity and struggle in the new era and new journey.The key to the pursuit common prosperity is to further clarify the rationality,legitimacy and legality of the mode of allocation of production resources and the mode of distribution of means of living.This inquiry will inevitably penetrate the surface of the“deserved”standard problem,deeply point to the choice of“what kind of justice”principle,and progress to explore how the principle of justice constitutes the legitimate value norm of the mode of resource production and distribution.Driven by the multi-layered and diversified interests of capital logic and the objective existence of market economy,the“differentiated society”projects the principle of multiple justice,which requires us to scientifically and strictly analyze from the standpoint of“people-centered”.The purpose of calling for common prosperity as the superior feature of Chinese-style modernization is to prevent the interference of the utopian concept of justice of populism beyond the stage,to comprehensively deepen the reform to eliminate the attempt of the neo-conservative concept of justice that solidifies the pattern of interests,and to guard against the consequences of the evolution of the homogeneity difference into the antagonistic difference caused by the neo-liberal concept of justice.The concept of differentiated justice is the philosophical expression of the rational arrangement of material interests,and scientifically guides common prosperity to the harmonious unity of fairness and efficiency.
