摘  要:在工业生产应用中,非线性振动磨机运行中有确定激励不确定响应的混沌振动特点。文章以AVR单片机为主控核心,使用外围模拟量输入/输出扩展模块控制器,结合VB软件设计上位机数据采集控制数据终端,实现对振动磨机超高振强提前减幅、振幅超限急停控制功能;在程序设计中增加振强及振幅反馈环节,与上位机和变频器相结合形成闭环控制,实现振动状态的实时监控。系统进一步提高了振动磨机的能源利用效率,改善了振动磨机的使用性能,提高了生产现场工作效率。In industrial production applications,nonlinear vibration mills exhibit chaotic vibration characteristics with deterministic excitation and uncertain response during operation.This article takes AVR microcontroller as the main control core,uses peripheral analog input/output expansion module controller,and combines VB software to design upper computer data acquisition and control data terminal,achieving the function of early reduction of ultra-high vibration intensity and emergency stop control of amplitude exceeding limit for vibration grinding machine.Add vibration intensity and amplitude feedback links in program design,and combine them with the upper computer and frequency converter to form closed-loop control,achieving real-time monitoring of vibration status;Further improve the energy utilization efficiency of the vibration mill,improve the performance of vibration mills,improve the efficiency of production site work.
