摘　　要：目的探究献血不良反应诱因及相关对策。方法选择2021年5月至2022年4月期间104例献血且出现不良反应献血者作为本次研究对象,对不良反应献血者展开回顾性分析,针对不良反应的诱因展开进一步探究,并切实的提出行之有效应对策略。结果对比分析得知,精神紧张、空腹献血、过疲以及睡眠不佳等均容易诱发献血者出现不良反应。结论献血不良反应的诱因主要是精神紧张、空腹献血、过疲以及睡眠不佳有着密切联系,基于此,应该积极采取有效的应对举措,其中包括加大健康宣教力度、提供良好献血环境、加强采血工作人员穿刺能力等,方可实现降低献血不良反应几率的作用。Objective To explore the causes of adverse reactions of blood donation and relevant countermeasures.Methods 104 blood donors with adverse reactions during the period from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.Retrospective analysis was carried out on the blood donors with adverse reactions,further exploration was carried out on the causes of adverse reactions,and effective countermeasures were put forward.Results The comparative analysis showed that mental stress,fasting blood donation,fatigue and poor sleep were easy to induce adverse reactions inblood donors.Conclusion The main inducements of adverse reactions of blood donation are mental tension,fasting blood donation,fatigue and poor sleep.Based on this,effective measures should be taken actively,including increasing health education,providing a good blood donation environment,and strengthening the puncture ability of blood collection workers,so as to reduce the risk of adverse reactions of blood donation.
