琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取我院2020年8月~2022年8月收治的78例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组(每组39例),对照组患者采用常规对症治疗,观察组在常规对症治理基础上采用珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合曲美他嗪治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前SBP、LVEF水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者SBP、LVEF水平优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前病情比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的病情优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合曲美他嗪对冠心病心绞痛具有较好的治疗效果,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol piteate extended-release tablets combined with metatazidine in coronary heart disease angina,Methods 78 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group(39 patients in each group)were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with metoprolol sustainedrelease tablets combined with trimetazidine on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment.Comparing the clinical treatment effect of the two patient groups.Results Patients in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);adverse effects were lower than the control group(P<0.05),no difference in SBP and LVEF levels before treatment(P>0.05),and SBP and LVEF were better than the control group(P<0.05),no difference before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol sustained-release tablets combined with trimetazidine has a good therapeutic effect on anginapectoris.
