腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术在巨大子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析在巨大子宫肌瘤治疗采用腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术的效果。方法年5月至2022年6月,抽选本院68例巨大子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,分为对照组、实验组,各34例。对照组采纳常规治疗,实验组采纳腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术。对比治疗效果。结果手术时间、首次下床时间、住院时间试验组短于对照组,术中出血量实验组少于对照组(P<0.05);术后1周,IMA、MYO水平实验组优于对照组(P<0.05);术后12周,LH、FSH水平实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在巨大子宫肌瘤治疗中,腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术的应用,可以缩短患者手术及术后恢复时间。Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of giant uterine fibroids.Methods 68 patients with giant uterine fibroids were selected as research objects in our hospital,and the study period was from May 2021 to June 2022.The treatment programs of the patients were reviewed,and the diferences were taken as the basis for classification.The 68 patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,the experimental group received laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results The operation time,the first time of getting out of bed,the length of hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,while the intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with oxidative stress indexes,IMA and MYO levels in the experimental group were better than those in the control group one week after surgery(P<0.05).12 weeks after surgery,LH and FSH levels in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of giant uterine fibroids,the application of laparoscopic-assisted vaginal total hysterectomy can shorten the operation and postoperative recovery timeof patients.
