双管负压引流对乳腺癌根治术后皮下积液的预防效果

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺癌根治术后皮下积液预防中双管负压引流方法的应用效果。方法选取陕西省渭南市中心医院2014年10月~2017年10月行根治术治疗的乳腺癌患者45例,均行双管负压引流,分析皮下积液预防效果。结果皮下积液发生3例,发生率6.67%;切口感染3例,发生率6.67%;皮瓣坏死2例,发生率4.44%。患者的置管时间、创面愈合时间、住院时长依次为(9.72±1.21)d、(13.02±2.13)、(20.56±2.23)d。结论在乳腺癌根治术术后皮下积液预防中,双管负压引流应用效果优越。Objective To analyze the effect of double tube negative pressure drainage in the prevention of subcutaneous hydrops after radical surgery for breast cancer.Methods 45 patients with breast cancer who underwent radical surgery from October 2014 to October 2017 in Weinan Central Hospital of Shaanxi Province were selected,all patients under went double tube negative pressure drainage,and the prevention effect of subcutaneous hydrops was analyzed.Results There were 3 cases of subcutaneous fluid accumulation in patients,with incidence rate of 6.67%.The number of cases of incision infection was 3,with an incidence rate of 6.67%.The number of cases of flap necrosis was 2,with an incidence rate of 4.44%.The catheterization time,wound healing time,and hospitalization duration of the patient were(9.72±1.21)days,(13.02±2.13)days,and(20.56±2.23)days,respectively.Conclusion In the prevention of subcutaneous hydrops after radical mastectomy for breast cancer,the application of double tube negative pressure drainage has an excellent effect.
