慢性胃炎给予四君子汤合丁香柿蒂汤的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析用四君子汤合丁香柿蒂汤治疗慢性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法2019年12月—2022年12月进行治疗的慢性胃炎患者中抽取70例,按随机数字法均分为试验组及对照组,试验组患者行四君子汤合丁香柿蒂汤治疗,对照组患者行四君子汤治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组患者的临床疗效91.43%(32/35)显著高于对照组患者的74.29%(26/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性胃炎患者行四君子汤合丁香柿蒂汤治疗可以调节患者的胃肠运动,帮助患者消化吸收。Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of Sijunzi Decoction and Dingxiang Shidi Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods From December 2019 to December 2022,70 cases of patients with chronic gastritis were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with Sijunzi Decoction and Dingxiang Shidi decoction,and the control group was treated with Sijunzi Decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,Results The clinical efficacyof91.43%(32/35)of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of 74.29%(26/35)of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction Combined with Dingxiang Shidi Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis can regulate the gastrointestinal movement of patients.
