摘　　要：Fascioliasis is caused by the zoonotic parasite Fasciola hepatica,Fasciola gigantica and their intermediate forms.The distribution of fascioliasis is worldwide and the main type of infection by Fasciola sp.in sheep in China is F.hepatica.The epidemic areas in China are mainly in Hubei,Anhui,Yunnan,and Xinjiang[1],which causes huge economic in the animal husbandry industry each year[2].Sheep infected with F.hepatica show symptoms of malnutrition,and acute infection can lead to death in lambs[3].
