摘 要:Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)is widely acknowledged to cause acute neonatal death and chronic neurological injury[1].Currently,there is no effective treatment for neonatal hypoxia-ischemia brain damage(HIBD)[2].Therefore,it is desirable to search for more effective strategies to alleviate longterm neurological deficits caused by HIE.Microglia is crucial to promote the development and homeostasis of the central nervous system(CNS)during early embryonic stage[3].
