基于“态靶辨证”探析熊辉教授运用蠲痹历节清方治疗痛风性关节炎的辨治思路

摘　　要：熊辉教授汲取仝小林院士“态靶辨证”理论,将中医学“宏观辨证”与现代医学“微观打靶”有机结合,针对痛风性关节炎“脾气亏虚,湿热瘀滞”之“病态”及关节红肿热痛、屈伸困难、身热、口渴、小便黄赤、腹泻、大便干结等之“症靶”,以及高血尿酸、红细胞沉降率加快、炎症因子增高等之“标靶”,选用蠲痹历节清方进行“态靶”同治,收效显著。Based on Academician TONG Xiaolin's theory of"state-targeted identification",Professor XIONG Hui treats gouty arthritis by organically combining"macro-pattern differentiation"of Chinese medicine with"micro-targeting"of modern medicine.Accordingly,regarding to the"disease states"manifested as spleen qi deficiency and stagnation of damp-heat and blood stasis,the"symptom targets"such as redness,swelling,heat,and pain of the affected joints,flexion and extension difficulties,fever,thirst,yellow and reddish urine,diarrhea,and dry stool,as well as the"indicator targets"including high blood uric acid,accelerated erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and elevated inflammation factors,Juanbi Lijieqing Formula has been selected for"state-target"treatment,showing remarkable results.
