避瘟解毒颗粒的组方论析

摘　　要：目的论述避瘟解毒颗粒的理法方药。方法引用相关文献并结合气机升降理论,论述避瘟解毒颗粒方药的配伍特点、组方之理、方药的理化性质及临床应用。结果避瘟解毒颗粒方药的配伍及理化特性充分体现了“宣上、畅中、渗下”及中药抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化及增强免疫力的作用,其充分应用中医升降理论发挥其解表化湿、宣肺透热、祛风解毒、芳香避秽的功效,对临床中流行性感冒、新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎及其他呼吸道传染性疾病的预防和治疗起到了较好的效果。结论避瘟解毒颗粒传承“经方”的配伍理论,具有完整的中医“理、法、方、药”体系,在治疗寒湿束表、热郁津伤等相关性肺系疾病上具有一定的临床意义及应用价值,值得推广。Objective To discuss the principle,method,prescription and medicine of Biwen Jiedu granules.Methods The relevant literature was cited and combined with the theory of ascending and descending to discuss the compatibility characteristics,the principle of prescription,the physical and chemical properties and clinical application of the Biwen Jiedu granules.Results The compatibility and physical and chemical properties of the Biwen Jiedu granules fully reflect the effects of"Xuanshang,Changzhong,Shenxia"and traditional Chinese medicine on anti-inflammation,anti-virus,anti-oxidation and immunity enhancement.It fully applies the theory of ascending and descending of traditional Chinese medicine to exert its effects of relieving superficial dampness,Xuanfei diathermy,dispelling wind and detoxifying,and aromatic and avoiding filth.It has played a good role in the prevention and treatment of pneumonia and other respiratory infectious diseases caused by influenza and novel coronavirus infection in clinic.Conclusion The compatibility theory of the"classical prescription"is inherited by the Biwen Jiedu granules,which has a complete system of"principle,method,prescription and medicine"in traditional Chinese medicine.It has certain clinical significance and application value in the treatment of related lung diseases such as cold and dampness,heat stagnation and fluid injury,which is worthy of promotion.
