摘　　要：目的探究5A康复护理模式结合阶梯式超前护理模式预防长期卧床患者深静脉血栓的效果及对血小板活化功能的影响。方法选择2020年2月至2021年12月收治的100例长期卧床患者为研究对象,根据护理方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用阶梯式超前护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上加施5A康复护理模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的深静脉血栓发生率、其他相关并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的溶酶体膜蛋白(CD63)、α-颗粒膜糖蛋白(CD62P)及血小板聚集率(PAR)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的自护能力测定量表(ESCA)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论5A康复护理模式结合阶梯式超前护理模式用于长期卧床患者护理中可提高其自护能力,改善血小板活化功能,降低深静脉血栓及其他相关并发症发生率,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of 5A rehabilitation nursing mode combined with stepped advance nursing mode in preventing deep vein thrombosis in long-term bed patients and its influence on platelet activation function.Methods A total of 100 long-term bed patients from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given stepped advance nursing mode,the observation group was given 5A rehabilitation nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis and total incidences of other related complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the lysosomal granule membrane glycoprotein(CD63),α-granule membrane glycoprotein(CD62P)and platelet aggregation rate(PAR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 5A rehabilitation nursing mode combined with stepped advance nursing mode can improve the self-care ability in the nursing of long-term bed patients,ameliorate platelet activation function,and reduce the incidences of deep vein thrombosis and other related complications,which is worth promoting.
