摘　　要：水权交易是以“水权人”为主体,通过水权市场机制,合理地将其转让给用水边际效益最大的用水人,从而达到提升水的利用效率的目的。文章运用Citespace软件对我国农业水权现状进行可视化分析,从陕西省水权交易的实践入手,对未来的发展策略进行了探索,表明了陕西省水权交易的发展将是以市场运作为主线、以政府监管为保障、以公众参与为引导的策略,以期为后续的研究提供基础性支持。Water rights trading is a market mechanism for the transfer of water rights to the water user with the greatest marginal benefit,in order to improve the efficiency of water use.The article uses Citespace software to visualize and analyze the current situation of agricultural water rights in China,and explores the future development strategy from the practice of water rights trading in Shaanxi Province,showing that the development of water rights trading in Shaanxi Province will be based on market operation as the main line,government supervision as the guarantee,and public participation as the guide.
