摘  要:为研究溃坝洪水对城市地区带来的影响,采用地理信息系统(GIS)和洪水演进模拟等溃坝分析技术,对水库的溃坝洪水演进模拟十分重要。通过建立二维数值计算模型,模拟瞬间溃决条件下的洪水淹没面积、计算洪水损失以系统地对溃坝洪水风险展开评估。通过对石砭峪水库进行溃坝洪水分析,结果表明:当石砭峪水库发生溃坝险情时,溃坝洪水将在较短的时间内到达五台街道和子午街道居民点;滈河河道附近洪水淹没水深较大,河道以西地势较低地区将受到较大影响。同时,随着溃坝发生时水库水位的升高,溃坝洪水淹没面积和人员、经济损失逐渐增大。为石砭峪水库大坝安全管理及下游避险转移安置提供参考和理论依据,为其他中小型水库工程溃坝分析提供参考。In order to study the impact of dam break flood on city areas,it is very important to use GIS and flood routing simulation and other dam break analysis technologies to simulate the dam break flood routing of reservoirs.A two-dimensional numerical calculation model is established to simulate the flood inundation area under the condition of instant break and calculate the flood loss to systematically assess the dam break flood risk.Based on the dam break flood analysis of Shibianyu reservoir,the results show that:When the dam break danger occurs in Shibianyu reservoir,the dam break flood will reach the residential areas of Wutai street and Ziwu street in a short time;the flood submergence depth near the river channel is large,and areas of lower terrain west of the river channel will be greatly affected.At the same time,with the rise of the reservoir water level when the dam break occurs,the dam break flood inundation area,personnel and economic losses gradually increase.It provides reference and theoretical basis for the dam safety management of Shibianyu reservoir and the downstream risk aversion and relocation,as well as for the dam break analysis of other small and medium-sized reservoirs.
