摘 要:目的对比微球囊压迫术与微血管减压术在原发性三叉神经痛中的治疗效果。方法便利搜集2018年1月—2021年12月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的原发性三叉神经111例病患纳入研究,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各取55例、56例。对照组予以微血管减压术治疗,观察组予以微球囊压迫术治疗。对比观察两组临床疗效、血清氧化应激指标、不良反应差异。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率(96.43%)高于对照组(85.45%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.076,P<0.05);观察组丙二醛低于对照组,且血清超氧化物歧化酶、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于微血管减压术,微球囊压迫术治疗效果显著,有利于改善血清氧化应激指标,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of micro-balloon compression and microvascular decompression in primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods 111 patients with primary trigeminal nerve admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2018 to December 2021 were conveniently collected and included in the study,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the method of randomized numerical table,with 55 cases and 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with microvascular decompression surgery,and the observation group was treated with micro-balloon compression surgery.The clinical efficacy,serum oxidative stress indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and observed.Results The total clinical efficacy rate of the observation group(96.43%)was higher than that of the control group(85.45%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.076,P<0.05).Malondialdehyde of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the levels of serum superoxide dismutase and serum glutathione peroxidase were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were all lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with microvascular decompression,the therapeutic effect of microballoon compression is remarkable,which is conducive to the improvement of serum oxidative stress indexes and the reduction of the incidence of adverse reactions.
