心理支持联合音乐放松疗法在口腔外科门诊下颌阻生牙拔除患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析心理支持联合音乐放松疗法在口腔外科门诊下颌阻生牙拔除患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取2022年7月—2023年6月期间于福建省医科大学附属漳州市医院接受治疗的下颌阻生牙拔除患者60例,使用随机数表分为两组。对照组30例患者采取常规护理措施,研究组30例患者在其基础上应用心理支持联合音乐放松疗法进行护理。针对两组患者的汉密顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)、医学应对方式问卷(Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,MCMQ)评分,以及护理满意度进行比较。结果干预前,两组HAMA、HAMD、MCMQ量表中各维度评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,研究组HAMA(7.20±2.12)分、HAMD(11.02±3.52)分均较对照组(11.30±3.00)分、(16.65±6.45)分低,差异有统计学意义(t=6.113、4.197,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组MCMQ量表中屈服、回避维度评分较对照组低,面对维度评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理总满意率(100.00%)较对照组(80.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05)。结论心理支持联合音乐放松疗法能够有效改善口腔外科门诊下颌阻生牙拔除患者的不良心理状况,增强对于手术的应对能力,且提高了护理满意度,具有临床应用与推广价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of psychological support combined with music relaxation therapy in patients with mandibular obstructed tooth extraction in outpatient oral surgery.Methods Sixty patients with mandibular obstructed tooth extraction who received treatment at Zhangzhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from July 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected and divided into two groups using a random number table.Thirty patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing measures,and 30 patients in the study group were treated with the application of psychological support combined with music relaxation therapy on their basis.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Medical Coping Mode Questionnaire(MCMQ)scores,and nursing care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,the scores of the dimensions in the HAMA,HAMD,and MCMQ scales were compared between the two groups,,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the HAMA(7.20±2.12)points and HAMD(11.02±3.52)points scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(11.30±3.00)points and(16.65±6.45)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.113,4.197,P<0.05).After the intervention,the MCMQ scale scores in the study group were lower in the yielding and avoiding dimensions and higher in the confronting dimension than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing care in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological support combined with music relaxation therapy can effectively improve the adverse psychological condition of patients with mandibular obstructed tooth extraction in oral surgery outpatient clinic,enhance the ability to cope with the surgery,and improve the satisfaction of nursin
