复方芪芎方联合温针灸治疗肾阳虚型类风湿性关节炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方芪芎方联合温针灸治疗肾阳虚型类风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法便利选取2021年9月—2023年5月甘肃省人民医院中医二科收治的120例肾阳虚型类风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象,按双色球随机法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方芪芎方联合温针灸治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组类风湿因子、C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α以及白细胞介素-8水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组免疫球蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组晨僵时间、关节肿胀数、关节压痛数以及疾病活动评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方芪芎方联合温针灸治疗肾阳虚型类风湿性关节炎的临床效果十分显著,可在临床中加以运用和推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound Qixiong formula combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of kidney-yang deficiency type rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of kidney yang deficiency type admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese MedicineⅡat Gansu Provincial People's Hospital from September 2021 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(60 cases)and a control group(60 cases)using the dual chromosphere method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with compound Qixiong prescription combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group was treated with rheumatoid factor,C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-8 were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed significantly lower morning stiffness time,joint swelling,joint tenderness,and Disease Activity Score 28 score compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of compound Qixiong formula combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of kidney-yang deficiency type rheumatoid arthritis is very significant,which can be utilized and popularized in the clinic.
