明代医家万全论治小儿肺系疾病特色探析

摘　　要：明代儿科大家万全在小儿肺系疾病中的造诣颇深,有很多独到见解。文章通过研读万全著作中有关小儿肺系疾病的医案医论,总结其对肺系疾病病机的认识。在小儿咳嗽的诊治过程中,学习对其病因病机的认识、重视脉诊、灵活多变的治法,总结危急预后不良证候等学术特点;在哮喘的诊治中,归纳小儿哮喘的病因病机、重视其用药禁忌、注重灸法等学术特点;分析在肺系疾病中的遣药组方等方面的学术特色;提出万全在小儿肺系疾病中的治疗经验,可给我们的临床以启迪,提高当代儿科肺系疾病的诊治水平。Ming Dynasty pediatrician Wan Quan has high attainments in pediatric pulmonary disease,and there are a lot of their own opinions.By studying the discussion on pediatric pulmonary diseases in Wan Quan’s works and summarizing the academic character⁃istics in the etiology,Wan Quan’s understanding of the pathogenesis of pulmonary diseases,his understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of pediatric cough,his emphasis on pulse diagnosis,his flexible treatment,and his academic characteristics of critical prognosis and poor syndrome was summarized.In the diagnosis and treatment of asthma,the etiology and pathogenesis of pediatric asthma,pay attention to the drug contraindications of pediatric asthma,pay attention to the moxibustion method and other academic characteristics was summarized.The academic characteristics of drug use in pulmonary diseases were analyzed.It can enlighten our clinical practice and improve the diagnosis and treatment level of pediatric pulmonary diseases.
