摘　　要：阐述周国英教授从湿热论治糖尿病合并泌尿道感染的临床经验,以期为临床医生提供诊疗思路。泌尿道感染作为糖尿病常见并发症,西医用药局限、疗效欠佳,存在抗生素耐药的风险,而中医药治疗方便、有效,可大大减少抗生素使用。周国英教授总结多年临证经验,认为湿热是糖尿病合并泌尿道感染的主要致病因素,强调从湿热论治,遵循重视脾肾、养阴活血以助湿化、精准化裁用药的原则,综合运用清热利湿益气养阴活血之法,临床每获良效。This paper is to expound Professor Zhou Guoying’s clinical experience in treating diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection from the perspective of dampness-heat,in order to provide clinicians with ideas for diagnosis and treatment.Urinary tract in⁃fection is a common complication of diabetes.Western medicine is limited and has poor efficacy.There is a risk of antibiotic resis⁃tance.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is convenient and effective,which can greatly reduce the use of antibiotics.Professor Zhou Guoying summed up many years of clinical experience and believed that dampness-heat is the main pathogenic factor of diabe⁃tes complicated with urinary tract infection.The method of clearing away heat,benefiting qi,nourishing yin and activating blood circu⁃lation has achieved good clinical results every time.
