摘　　要：胎教,最早起源于中国,最初是为了培养天子而创设,随后被普及至寻常百姓家。中医胎教起源于春秋战国时期,汲取中华诗礼文化及中医学的精华,重视母亲的品德修养,提倡“外象内感”,对孕期各月都有包括饮食、生活起居、情志精神等方面翔实的生活心理指导。在今日胎教仍葆有蓬勃的生命力,对围产期的孕产妇保健有着良好的指导作用,兼具实用价值和文化价值,是中华民族宝贵的文化财富,值得深入挖掘和延续继承。文章拟从经典古籍中总结中医胎教的源流及内涵,以期为临床及教学提供理论依据。Prenatal education,which originated in China,was originally created to cultivate the Son of Heaven,and then spread to the homes of ordinary people.Originating from the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period,traditional Chinese medicine prenatal education draws on the essence of Chinese poetry culture and traditional medicine,attaches importance to the moral cultiva⁃tion of mothers,advocates“external image and internal feeling”,and provides detailed guidance on life psychology in all months of pregnancy,including diet,living and living,and emotional spirit.Today,it still maintains vigorous vitality,has a good guiding effect on perinatal maternal health care,has practical value and cultural value,is a valuable cultural wealth of our nation,and is worth digging deep into and continuing to inherit,so this article intends to summarize the source and connotation of traditional Chinese medicine pre⁃natal education from classic ancient books,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical and teaching.
