摘　　要：现阶段,年龄相关性黄斑变性(Age-related macular degeneration,AMD)已成为全球致盲的主要原因,是60岁以上老年人群视力不可逆性损害的首要原因。并且由于我国老龄化人口的不断增加,AMD已逐渐成为我国医疗的重大问题。抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)药物为治疗湿性AMD的主要手段,但也存在着易复发、效果一般等问题。中医在治疗此病方面有独特的优势,主要体现在脏腑辨证论治与针灸治疗上。文章详细论述了AMD的中医治疗,为以后医家治疗AMD提供参考。At present,age-related macular degeneration(AMD)has become the main cause of global blindness.This disease is the primary cause of irreversible vision damage in the elderly population over 60 years old.Moreover,due to the increasing aging popula⁃tion in China,AMD has gradually become a major medical problem in China.Anti-VEGF treatment for wet AMD is the main means,but there are also problems such as easy recurrence and general efficacy.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease,mainly reflected in the dialectical treatment of zang-fu and acupuncture treatment.This paper discussed tra⁃ditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of AMD in detail,and provided reference for doctors to treat AMD in the future.
