摘　　要：白头翁汤是源自《伤寒杂病论》的著名经方,是清利肝经湿热的有效方剂。肛肠疾病是临床常见病、多发病,虽然是局部的病变,却与全身有着紧密的联系。其中肛肠炎性疾病的危害较为严重,在发作期往往具有肝火、湿热、气滞三者互结之证,有热利下重的症状,与白头翁汤方证相应,临床可在局部治疗的基础上整体辨证施治使用此方以提高效果。Baitouweng decoction is a famous prescription derived from Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases.It is an effective prescription for clearing and invigorating the dampness and heat of liver meridian.Anorectal diseases are common and fre⁃quently occurring clinical diseases.Although they are local lesions,they are closely related to the whole body.Among them,the harm of anorectal inflammatory diseases is more serious,which often has the syndrome of liver fire,dampness-heat and qi stagnation during the attack,and the symptoms of dampness-heat diarrhea,which is corresponding to the syndrome of Baitouweng decoction.Clinically,this prescription can be used on the basis of local treatment and overall syndrome differentiation to improve the effect.
