摘　　要：目的探讨中药封包综合护理预防中老年患者腰椎内固定术后腹胀便秘的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月中山大学附属第三医院脊柱外科收治的符合纳入、排除标准的40例患者作为研究对象,按照术后护理方法分为中药封包组(20例)和对照组(20例),分别接受中药封包综合护理和常规护理。比较两组患者的术后首次排气、排便时间、腹胀评分及患者满意度。结果中药封包组的首次排气时间短于对照组,首次排便时间亦短于对照组,术后3 d腹胀评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药封包组总体满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药封包综合护理能有效预防中老年患者腰椎内固定术后腹胀、便秘的发生,具有安全性高、操作简便、价格低廉的特点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing with Chinese medicine encapsulation on preventing abdominal distension and constipation in middle-aged and elderly patients after lumbar internal fixation.Methods A total of 40 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria admitted to Department of Spine Surgery of the Third Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the postoperative nursing methods,they were divided into Chinese medicine encapsulation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases),and received Chinese medicine encapsulation comprehensive nursing and routine nursing,respectively.The first postoperative exhaust,defecation time,abdominal distension score and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust time and first defecation time of Chinese medicine encapsulation group were shorter than those of control group,the abdominal distension score 3 d after operation was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of Chinese medicine encapsulation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine encapsulation comprehensive nursing can effectively prevent abdominal distension and constipation in middle-aged and elderly patients after lumbar internal fixation.It has the characteristics of high safety,simple operation and low price,and is worthy of clinical application.
