基于Swanson关怀理论的人文关怀照护模式在中晚期异常妊娠引产患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于Swanson关怀理论的人文关怀照护模式在中晚期异常妊娠引产患者中的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月至8月宜春市妇幼保健院的80例中晚期异常妊娠引产患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者采取常规护理模式,观察组采用Swanson关怀理论的人文关怀照护模式。比较两组患者的心理状态、产程、对护理效果的满意度。结果护理前,两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑(HAMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的HAMD、HAMA评分均低于本组护理前,且观察组患者的HAMD、HAMA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的第一、二、三产程和总产程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Swanson关怀理论的人文关怀照护模式在中晚期异常妊娠引产患者中应用,可改善患者的心理状态、缩短产程、提高护理满意度,提升护理服务质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of humanistic care model based on Swanson's caring theory in patients with middle and late abnormal pregnancy induced labor.Methods A total of 80 patients with middle and late abnormal pregnancy induced labor in Yichun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to August 2022 were selected as research objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group received humanistic care based on Swanson's caring theory.The psychological state,labor time,and satisfaction with nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of HAMD and HAMA of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of HAMD and HAMA of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor and the total time of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care model based on Swanson's caring theory in patients with middle and late abnormal pregnancy induced labor can improve the psychological state of patients,shorten the labor process,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve the quality of nursing service,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
