摘　　要：目的探讨会议-遵守-责任-自治(IARA)模式护理干预方案对下肢骨折术后恐动症患者功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选取2022年8月至2023年2月淄博市中心医院收治的108例下肢骨折术后恐动症患者作为研究对象,其中2022年8月至11月入院的54例患者为试验组,实施IARA模式护理;2022年12月至2023年2月入院的54例患者为对照组,实施常规护理。比较两组患者干预前后恐动症评分表评分,两组患者干预后功能锻炼依从性、焦虑自评量表评分的差异。结果试验组干预后恐动评分和焦虑评分低于对照组,功能锻炼依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IARA模式护理干预方案可降低下肢骨折术后恐动症患者的恐动症水平和焦虑水平,提高患者功能锻炼的依从性。Objective To explore the effect of incontro-alleanza-responsabilita-autonomia(IARA)nursing intervention scheme on functional exercise compliance of patients with kinesophobia after lower limb fracture surgery.Methods A total of 108 patients with kinesophobia after lower limb fracture surgery admitted to Zibo Central Hospital from August 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.Fifty-four patients admitted from August 2022 to November 2022 were selected as the experimental group to implement IARA nursing intervention.Fifty-four patients admitted from December 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing.The scores of the kinesophobia rating scale,functional exercise compliance and self-rating anxiety scale were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the motility score and anxiety score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the functional exercise compliance was better than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion IARA nursing intervention can reduce the level of kinesophobia and anxiety in patients with kinesophobia after lower limb fracture surgery,and improve the compliance of patients with functional exercise.
