摘　　要：非创伤性股骨头坏死是一种常见的股骨头疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前,对该病的病因研究已经取得了很多进展,其中包括血管闭塞、凝血功能障碍、病毒感染、内分泌失调、药物因素等;该病在中医学上属于“髋骨痹”范畴,病因包括肝肾不足、气血不畅、痰湿内蕴等。但是,该病的病因仍然需要进一步的深入研究和探讨。因此,本文就非创伤性股骨头坏死分别在中西医研究领域的病因病机认识进行综述总结。Non-traumatic osteonecrosisof the femoral head is a common disease of the femoral head that seriously affects the quality of life of patients.At present,many progress has been made in the etiology of the disease,including vascular occlusion,coagulation dysfunction,viral infection,endocrine disorders,drug factors,etc.The disease belongs to the category of"hip bone impediment"in Traditional Chinese Medicine.The causes of the disease include liver and kidney deficiency,qi and blood obstruction,phlegm and dampness.However,the etiology of the disease still needs further in-depth study and discussion.Therefore,this article reviews and summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis in the field of Chinese and Western Medicine.
