增液汤合大定风珠加减治疗帕金森病患者便秘的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨增液汤合大定风珠加减治疗帕金森病患者便秘的临床疗效,为该病治疗提供新的方向。方法:选取2018年1月―2020年12月收治的56例帕金森便秘患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签方式进行分组,其中抽取到数字1的28例患者实施联合治疗,作为试验组,口服乳果糖联合增液汤合大定风珠加减治疗,抽取到2的28例患者实施常规治疗,作为对照组,口服乳果糖治疗。观察患者临床疗效及治疗指标。结果:两组患者的临床疗效相对比,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,试验组患者的治疗总有效率为96.43%(27/28),对照组患者的总有效率为75.00%(21/28),且两组患者治疗指标对比,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组在腹痛次数、腹胀频次及排便积分方面均好于对照组。结论:经本研究证实,在给予帕金森便秘患者治疗指导中,以常规西药治疗作为基础,同时联合增液汤结合大定风珠加减作为治疗药物效果显著,满足了患者治疗需求,为患者自身治疗质量控制奠定了基础,患者治疗后的临床疗效及治疗指标控制效果显著,能够有效减少患者腹痛次数与腹胀频率,改善便秘症状,所以能够得到患者认可,可将该项治疗方案推广到临床。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zengye decoction(增液汤)combined with modified Da Dingfeng zhu(大风定珠)in the treatment of constipation in patients with Parkinson’s disease,and to provide a new direction for the treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 56 constipation patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected,as research subjects and divided into groups by random lot draw.Among them,28 patients with number 1 were selected to receive combined treatment as,the experimental group,and the oral lactulose combined with Zengye decoction and modified Da Dingfeng zhu decoction were given to the experimental group.28 patients with number 2 were selected to receive conventional treatment,who were as the control group.The clinical efficacy and therapeutic indexes of the patients were observed.Results:The relative ratio of clinical efficacy between the two groups showed a statistical difference(P<0.05),the total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.43%(27/28),and that in the control group was 75.00%(21/28),and the comparison of treatment indicators between the two groups showed a statistical difference(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group in the number of abdominal pain,abdominal distension frequency and defecation score.Conclusion:According to this study,the conventional Western medicine treatment combined with Zengye decoction and modified Da Dingfeng zhu decoction has a significant effect in the treatment guidance for constipation patients with Parkinson’s disease,it meets the treatment needs of patients and lays a foundation for the quality control of patients’own treatment.The clinical efficacy and treatment index control effect of patients after treatment are significant.It can effectively reduce the frequency of abdominal pain and abdominal distension of patients,and relieve the constipation symptoms.Therefore,it can be recognized by patients and promoted to clinical practice.
