达标理论在我国肿瘤患者护理中的应用进展

摘　　要：我国恶性肿瘤发生率和致死率高,且呈上升趋势,肿瘤负担逐渐加重。目前针对恶性肿瘤的治疗仍以手术治疗和放化疗为主,虽效果显著但其创伤大、副作用多,严重影响了患者的治疗依从性和生存质量。及时的护理干预和良好的护患沟通可帮助患者树立治疗信心,提高患者的治疗依从性和生活质量。随着医学模式的转变,临床护理更加注重护患沟通,鼓励患者及其家属参与护理过程。达标理论强调护患之间互动互变,最终实现护理目标,为现代临床护理注重护患沟通、鼓励患者参与护理过程提供了理论指导,在我国临床护理中被广泛应用,并取得了较好的效果。本文以达标理论在我国肿瘤患者中的应用为切入点,详细阐述达标理论的基本内容、实施步骤,综述了达标理论在我国肿瘤患者临床护理中的应用现状,为达标理论在我国肿瘤患者护理中的进一步推广提供参考。The incidence rate and fatality rate of malignant tumors in China are high,and they are on the rise,and the tumor burden is gradually increasing.At present,the treatment of malignant tumors is still mainly based on surgery and radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Although the effect is remarkable,it has many major side effects of trauma,which seriously affects the treatment compliance and life quality of patients.Timely nursing intervention and good nurse-patient communication can help patients build up treatment confidence and improve their treatment compliance and quality of life.With the transformation of medical model,clinical nursing pays more attention to nurse-patient communication and encourages patients and their families to participate in the nursing process.The theory of goal attainment emphasizes the interaction and interaction between nurses and patients,and finally realizes the goal of nursing.It provides theoretical guidance for modern clinical nursing to pay attention to the communication between nurses and patients and encourage patients to participate in the nursing process.It has been widely used in clinical nursing in China and has achieved good results.This paper takes the application of the theory of goal attainment in our cancer patients as the starting point,expounds the basic content and implementation steps of the theory of goal attainment in detail,summarizes the application status of the theory of goal attainment in the clinical nursing of cancer patients in China,and provides reference for the further promotion of the theory of goal attainment in the care of cancer patients in China.
