中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾脏病3~5期患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾脏病3~5期患者的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月浙江中医药大学滨江学院附属富阳第一医院[肾内科门诊及肾内科病房]收治的30例慢性肾脏病3~5期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(15例)与对照组(15例)。对照组予以慢性肾脏病的规范化基础性治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上辅以中药结肠透析治疗。比较两组患者在治疗前和治疗后的肾功能、其他指标及临床症状,同时比较两组组间各项指标及症状的不同。结果治疗组治疗后的血肌酐(SCr)和尿酸(UA)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)、超敏C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平和症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药结肠透析可以改善慢性肾脏病3~5期患者的临床症状,延缓慢性肾脏病的病程进展,改善患者微炎症状态,提高患者的生活质量,在基层具有一定的临床实用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis on patients with chronic kidney disease in stages 3-5.Methods Thirty patients with stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease admitted to the Nephrology Outpatient Department and Nephrology Department Ward of Fuyang First Hospital Affiliated to Binjiang College,Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into treatment group(15 cases)and control group(15 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received standardized basic treatment of chronic kidney disease,and the treatment group was supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The renal function,other indicators and clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the differences of various indicators and symptoms between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine(SCr),uric acid(UA),parathyroid hormone(PTH),β_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(CRP)and symptom score in treatment group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic kidney disease in stages 3-5,delay the progression of chronic kidney disease,improve the patient's micro inflammatory state,and improve the patient's quality of life.It has certain clinical practical value at the grassroots level.
