摘　　要：目的调查佛山地区不同级别医院就诊的高血压患者家庭血压测量及其建档率情况。方法选取2021年5月至2022年10月于佛山市第二人民医院(三级医院)、佛山禅城永安医院(二级医院)以及佛山市禅城区祖庙街道永安社区卫生服务中心(基层医院)就诊的360例高血压患者作为研究对象,分别记作A组、B组以及C组,每组120例。通过统一设计的问卷进行现场调查,比较不同级别医院就诊高血压患者家庭血压测量率、建档率、参与相关知识健康宣教情况以及降压目标知晓率,随访满意度情况。结果A组家庭血压测量率、建档率分别为93.33%、90.00%,均高于B组的75.00%、80.83%及C组的58.33%、72.5%,且B组家庭血压测量率、建档率均高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017)。A组参与相关知识健康宣教率以及降压目标知晓率分别为95.00%、91.67%,均高于B组的81.67%、78.33%及C组的60.00%、62.50%,且B组参与相关知识健康宣教率以及降压目标知晓率均高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017)。A组随访总满意率高于B组及C组,且B组随访总满意率高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017)。结论佛山地区三级医院就诊的高血压患者家庭血压测量及其建档率均高于二级医院和基层医院,且患者参与相关知识健康宣教率以及降压目标知晓率较高,随访满意度更理想。Objective To study the home blood pressure measurement and filing rate of hypertension patients in different levels of hospitals in Foshan area.Methods A total of 360 cases of patients with high blood pressure who visited the Second People's Hospital of Foshan City(tertiary hospitals),Foshan Chancheng Yong'an Hospital(secondary hospitals)and Yong'an Community Health Service Center of Zumiao Street in Chancheng District of Foshan City(primary hospitals)from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were recorded as Group A,Group B,and Group C,with 120 patients in each group.The field survey was conducted by a uniformly designed questionnaire to compare the family blood pressure measurement rate,the filing rate,the participation in the health education of related knowledge,the awareness rate of blood pressure reduction target,and the satisfaction rate of follow-up of hypertension patients in different levels of hospitals.Results The rates of blood pressure measurement and filing rate in group A were 93.33%and 90.00%,respectively,which were higher than 75.00%and 80.83%in group B and 58.33%and 72.5%in group C.The rate of blood pressure measurement and filing rate in group B were higher than those in group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.017).In group A,the participation rate of relevant knowledge and health education and the awareness rate of blood pressure reduction target were 95.00%and 91.67%,respectively.They were higher than 81.67%and 78.33%in group B and 60.00%and 62.50%in group C.The participation rate of related knowledge and health education and awareness rate of blood pressure reduction target in group B were higher than those in group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.017).The total follow-up satisfaction rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C,and the total follow-up satisfaction rate of group B was higher than that of group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017).Conclusion The family blood pressure measur
