摘 要:目的探讨基于BOPPPS模型的翻转课堂教学在手术室护理教学中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2021年7月至2022年12月广东省中医院芳村医院实习的59名手术室护生的资料,按照手术室护理教学方法将其分为对照组(31名)与观察组(28名)。对照组采用常规护理教学方法,观察组在对照组的基础上采用基于BOPPPS模型的翻转课堂教学方法。比较两组护生的出科理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、临床实践能力评分及对教学的满意度情况。结果观察组护生的出科理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩及临床实践能力评分均高于对照组,且在提高自主学习能力、提高学习兴趣和积极性、促进手术室理论知识和操作技能的掌握、提高沟通和团队协助能力、锻炼临床思维5个方面的教学总满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于BOPPPS模型的翻转课堂教学可提高手术室护生的专科理论知识水平、操作技能水平、临床实践能力及对教学的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom teaching based on BOPPPS model in operating room nursing teaching.Methods The data of 59 nursing students who practiced in Fangcun Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group(31 patients)and observation group(28 patients)according to nursing teaching methods.The control group adopted the conventional nursing teaching method,and the observation group adopted the flipped classroom teaching based on the BOPPPS model.The theoretical assessment,operational assessment,clinical practice ability and teaching satisfaction of two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The theoretical assessment scores,operational assessment scores and clinical practice ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and their total teaching satisfaction in five aspects of improving self-learning ability,improving learning interest and enthusiasm,promoting the mastery of operating room theoretical knowledge and operational skills,improving communication and teamwork ability,and training clinical thinking were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom teaching based on BOPPPS model can improve the professional theoretical knowledge level,operation skill level,clinical practice ability and teaching satisfaction of nursing students in operating room.
