摘  要:收集整理了2011—2020年全国较大及以上的煤矿事故,分析了我国煤矿较大及以上事故发生的起数、死亡人数、发生事故类型以及事故发生区域的相关规律,然后利用安全熵模型和安全度来分析统计的典型煤矿重大事故案例。结果表明:1)近10 a以来,我国煤矿安全形势有所好转,较大及其以上事故数量和死亡人数呈现出递减趋势;2)在事故类型方面,煤矿较大及以上事故的主要因素是瓦斯、水、顶板以及火;3)从地域方面来看,我国煤矿事故数量相对集中在云南省、贵州省、四川省、湖南省和北方一些煤炭大省;4)系统在生产过程中各个影响因素的安全度不断下降,熵值不断增加,引起系统混乱,导致煤炭事故发生。同时,从安全度的角度提出了有效的预防和治理措施。To understand the causes and laws of large and above accidents in coal mines in China,the large and above accidents in coal mines in China from 2011 to 2020 were collected and sorted out.The number of occurrences,deaths,accident types and related laws of accident areas of large and above accidents in coal mines in China wasanalyzed.Then,the safety entropy model and safety degree were used to analyze the typical major coal mine accidents.The results show that:(1)The number of accidents and deaths in coal mines in China shows a decreasing trend,and the coal mine safety situation improved significantly;(2)In terms of accident types,the main factors for large and above accidents in coal mines are gas,water,roof,and fire.Among them,gas accidents occurred most,the most serious consequences,followed by flood accidents;(3)From the regional perspective,the provinces with a high frequency of coal mine accidents are Sichuan,Guizhou,Yunnan,Hunan,Shanxi,and Heilongjiang.The main reasons for this are the differences in coal seam occurrence conditions,coalfield geological structure,and underground environment in different regions of China;(4)The causes of coal mine accidents are that the safety degree of various influencing factors in the process of system production is declining,and the entropy value is increasing,which causes system confusion and leads to accidents.From the perspective of safety entropy model and safety degree,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the extra-large gas explosion accident in Chifeng Baoma Coal Mine of Inner Mongolia and the extra-large accident in Songzao Coal Mine of Chongqing and puts forward effective prevention and control measures to make the system in a safe state,which can also provide reference and guidance for the safety production of coal mines.
