摘  要:为了科学评价瓦斯隧道穿越构造煤层施工的风险程度,从而为瓦斯隧道的施工安全与成本控制提供决策判据,以某在建公路瓦斯隧道为工程依托开展了风险评价研究。首先,根据隧道的地质特征与施工情况进行了风险因素辨识,构建了瓦斯隧道穿越构造煤层施工的安全评价体系;其次,采用层次分析法构造判断矩阵并通过专家打分的方法对安全评价体系中的各级指标进行权重赋值;最后,采用三级模糊综合评价法进行了风险定量计算。结果表明:瓦斯隧道穿越构造煤层施工过程中潜在9种固有风险因素和11种施工风险因素;施工因素对瓦斯隧道施工风险的影响权重为0.7632,而固有因素的影响权重为0.2368;三级模糊综合评价的计算结果显示该依托工程进行揭煤施工时发生事故的风险概率为61,对应为一般风险。评价结果成功应用于依托工程安全快速穿越构造煤层施工,表明所构建的安全评价体系与风险评价方法具有可靠性,可为同类型的瓦斯隧道施工风险评价提供佐证。To scientifically obtain the risk level of a gas tunnel excavating through the tectonic coal seam,this paper researched risk assessment of a gas tunnel excavating through the tectonic coal seam based on a gas tunnel under construction.Thus the research results can provide some decisions on the construction safety as well as cost control of gas tunnels.Firstly,according to the geological characteristics and construction conditions,the safety evaluation system of gas tunnel excavating through the tectonic coal seam was established.Then,the analytical hierarchy process was applied to build up the judgment matrix and the method of expert scoring was used to assign the weights of factors at all levels in the safety evaluation system.Lastly,the method of three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluations was used to quantitatively calculate the risk level.It indicates that there potentially have 9 types of inherent risk factors and 11 types of construction risk factors during the processes of a gas tunnel excavating through the tectonic coal seam.The influence weight of the construction risk factor on the gas tunnel excavation is about 0.76,while that of the inherent risk factor is approximately 0.24.The calculation results of three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluations reveal that the risk probability of the supporting project is about 61 percent when it undergoes the process of uncovering the tectonic coal seam.The exact risk probability is corresponding to the general risk.The evaluation results of this paper are successfully applied to the supporting gas tunnel safely and fast excavating through the tectonic coal seam.Hence,it can be indicated that the safety evaluation system as well as the risk assessment method applied in this paper is feasible.The research results can be referred to by the gas tunnel of the same type excavating through the tectonic coal seam.
