摘  要:用尿素作沉淀剂,采取均相沉淀法合成球形YOHCO_(3)·nH_(2)O前驱体,考察了尿素浓度、氯化钇浓度、pH、反应温度、反应时间、冷却及干燥方式对前驱体形貌的影响,以氟化铵为氟源,经氟化焙烧合成了球形YOF。结果表明,尿素浓度为1 mol/L,氯化钇浓度为0.01 mol/L,pH=4的初始溶液在85℃的水浴中反应2 h,经冰水淬冷、鼓风干燥获得D_(50)粒径为427 nm的均匀球形前驱体YOHCO_(3)·nH_(2)O;前驱体在30℃下氟化转型并在800℃下焙烧2 h后,获得粒径分布范围为150 nm~300 nm的球形YOF六方相。Spherical YOHCO_(3)·nH_(2)O precursor was synthesized by homogeneous precipitation with urea as precipitant.The effects of urea concentration,yttrium chloride concentration,pH,temperature,duration,cooling and drying on the mor⁃phology of the precursor were studied.Spherical YOF was synthesized by fluorination roasting with ammonium fluoride as fluo⁃rine source.The results show that spherical precursor YOHCO_(3)·nH_(2)O with D_(50)particle size of 427 nm and uniform morpholo⁃gy was prepared under the condition of urea concentration of 1 mol/L,yttrium chloride concentration of 0.01 mol/L and pH=4 at 85℃for 2 h,and then quenched by ice water and dried by air blast.Uniform spherical YOF hexagonal phase with parti⁃cle size distribution ranging from 150 nm to 300 nm was prepared by fluorination at 30℃and calcination at 800℃for 2 h.
