摘  要:绿色可降解高分子材料聚乳酸以其良好的热稳定性,具有与聚苯乙烯(PS)相近的加工性能,作为近几年新兴的生态材料得到长足发展。但聚乳酸的生产工艺流程复杂,质地脆,如何结合我国本土稀土资源优势高效催化聚乳酸的合成,改善聚乳酸的力学性能,并进一步拓展聚乳酸应用,是具有环保意义,有利于我国资源优势发展的研究方向。本文综述了近年来稀土元素在聚乳酸材料中的应用情况,主要包括用于聚乳酸合成的稀土催化剂,如与Ln⁃O键的配合物引发的聚合反应、含Ln⁃N键的配合物引发的聚合、由含Ln⁃C和Ln⁃H键的配合物引发的聚合、由稀土金属硼氢化物引发的聚合反应、二价稀土金属络合物引发的聚合反应;促进聚乳酸进一步结晶的稀土成核剂的合成与应用;稀土在聚乳酸增韧改性中的应用研究;稀土用于提高聚乳酸的阻燃性能等方面的应用研究情况,并对稀土在聚乳酸材料中的应用前景进行了展望。The green degradable polymer material polylactic acid has good thermal stability and processing properties sim⁃ilar to polystyrene(PS),and has been developed as an emerging ecological material in recent years.However,the production process of polylactic acid is complicated and brittle in texture.How to combine the advantages of my country's local rare earth resources to effectively catalyze the synthesis of polylactic acid,improve the mechanical properties of polylactic acid,and fur⁃ther expand the application of polylactic acid has environmental protection significance.This article summarizes the applica⁃tions of rare earth elements in polylactic acid materials in recent years,mainly including rare earth catalysts for the synthesis of polylactic acid,such as polymerization reactions initiated by complexes with Ln⁃O bonds,and coordination initiated by Ln⁃N bonds polymerization,polymerization initiated by complexes containing Ln⁃C and Ln⁃H bonds,polymerization initiated by rare earth metal borohydrides and polymerization initiated by divalent rare earth metal complexes;rare earth nucleation that pro⁃motes further crystallization of polylactic acid synthesis and application of rare earths;application research of rare earths in the toughening modification of polylactic acid;status of application research of rare earths in improving the flame retardant proper⁃ties of polylactic acid,and the application prospects of rare earths in polylactic acid materials.
