摘  要:【目的】ZnO基脱硫剂在常温脱除硫化氢的过程中存在硫容量低和再生性能差的问题,导致脱硫剂脱硫后会形成固废。【方法】通过将Co物种引入ZnO基脱硫剂中,考察了不同Co含量对锌钴脱硫剂结构和脱硫性能的影响,对脱硫前后的样品进行了表征,并研究了脱硫后产生的锌钴废脱硫剂作为有机硫加氢催化剂在不同反应温度下对羰基硫(COS)和噻吩的加氢转化性能。【结果】Co的加入促进了ZnO脱硫剂的分散,改善了脱硫剂的织构性质。当脱硫剂中n(Co)/(n(Co)+n(Zn))为30%时,锌钴脱硫剂的性能最佳,穿透硫容为160.1 mg/g.COS和噻吩的加氢实验结果表明,当n(Co)/(n(Co)+n(Zn))为50%时,催化剂在反应温度为200℃时对COS的转化率即可达到100%,在300℃时对噻吩的转化率也能达到45%.【结论】本研究结果为脱硫剂的利用和加氢催化剂的优化设计提供了一种新思路。【Purposes】ZnO-based desulfurizer has the problems of low sulfur capacity and low regeneration performance for ambient H2S removal process,which forms solid waste after desulfurization.【Methods】Cobalt species were introduced into ZnO-based desulfurizer,and the effects of different Co contents on the structure and desulfurization performance of zinc-cobalt desulfurizer were investigated.The samples before and after desulfurization were characterized,and the spent zinc-cobalt desulfurizer after desulfurization was used as organic sulfur hydrogenation catalyst for the hydrogenation of COS and thiophene at different reaction temperatures.【Findings】The addition of Co promotes the dispersion of ZnO desulfurizer and improves the texture properties of desulfurizer.When the content of Co in the desulfurizer is 30%,the performance of zinccobalt desulfurizer is the best,and the breakthrough sulfur capacity is 160.1 mg/g.The experi-mental results of hydrogenation of COS and thiophene show that when the content of Co is 50%,the conversions of COS and thiophene can reach 100%and 45%,respectively.【Conclusions】The results of this study provide a new idea for the utilization of desulfurizer and an optimal design of hydrogenation catalyst.
