摘 要:【目的】对电极材料和制备工艺进行深入研究,以开发应用于重金属离子检测的新型电化学传感器。【方法】通过水热法成功合成了多孔阵列结构钴酸镍/泡沫镍(NiCo_(2)O_(4)/NF)复合材料,并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及电化学测试等手段对样品组成、形貌及电化学性能进行表征。【结果】结果表明:NiCo_(2)O_(4)均匀覆盖在泡沫镍表面,呈现高度开放的纳米线状阵列结构。利用NiCo_(2)O_(4)/NF复合材料作为电极,对不同浓度Hg^(2+)溶液进行电化学检测,在0.125~2.5μmol/L和2.5~35μmol/L浓度范围内,灵敏度分别为0.025和0.0034μA/(μmol/L);同时表现出良好的稳定性和复现性。此外,还利用该复合电极对不同浓度混合重金属离子溶液进行检测,表现出较高的灵敏度和区分性。【结论】为设计和合成高性能电极材料提供了一种新的方法,可方便地对重金属离子进行电化学检测。【Purposes】In-depth research on electrode materials and preparation processes to develop new electrochemical sensors for heavy metal ion detection is of great importance.【Methods】The porous NiCo_(2)O_(4)array grown on Ni foam(NiCo_(2)O_(4)/NF)was synthesized by hydrothermal method.Then,the composition,morphology,and electrochemical properties of the sample were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and electrochemical tes-ting.【Findings】The results show that the NiCo_(2)O_(4)array is uniformly loaded on the skeleton of Ni foam with a highly open nanowire array structure.The NiCo_(2)O_(4)/NF composite material is di-rectly applied as the electrode for electrochemical determination of Hg^(2+)solutions with different concentrations.In 0.125~2.5μmol/L and 2.5~35μmol/L concentration range,the detection sensitivities are 0.025 and 0.0034μA/μmol/L,respectively.Meanwhile,the electrode shows good stability and reproducibility.In addition,when the composite electrode is also used to detect mixed heavy metal ion solutions of different concentrations,it also shows high sensitivity and dis-crimination.【Conclusions】The research results in this paper provid a new method for designing and synthesizing high-performance electrode materials,for conveniently detecting heavy metal ions by electrochemical method.
