摘 要:知识管理胜任力直接影响着高校教师实现个人价值,完成发展任务。较高的自主学习、教育教学、科学研究以及社会服务四大能力是高校教师知识管理胜任力的核心支撑点。以胜任力评价模型搭建过程中的指标要素论证以及匹配新时代高校教师应具备的基本素养评价指标优化,作为高校教师知识管理胜任力评价要素提炼的主要着力点,探讨了知识素养、思维水平、职业认同与协作意识四大高校教师知识管理胜任力核心要素并展开合理性分析。The competence of knowledge management directly affects the realization of personal value and the completion of development tasks for university teachers.Having high levels of self-directed learning,education and teaching,scientific research,and social service are the core support points for the competence of university teachers in knowledge management.The main focus of extracting the evaluation elements of knowledge management competence for university teachers is to demonstrate the indicator elements in the process of building a competency evaluation model and optimize the basic literacy evaluation indicators that should be possessed by university teachers in the new era.Four core elements of knowledge management competence for university teachers,including knowledge literacy,thinking level,professional identity,and collaboration awareness,are explored and analyzed for rationality.
