摘　　要：检察权的依法正确运行,离不开监督制约机制的保障,当前检察权运行的内外部监督制约机制均需要进一步完善,以充分发挥内部纵向层级监督与横向部门监督的作用。因此,应当针对性地从加强与派驻纪检监察组的沟通与配合、发挥联席会与检委会的监督制约作用等方面进一步强化内部监督制约机制,从完善人民监督制度、构建良性检律互动关系等方面进一步强化外部监督制约机制。The proper operation of procuratorial power according to law is inseparable from the guarantee of supervision and restriction mechanism,but there are different problems in the internal and external supervision and restriction mechanism of procuratorial power operation at present,and the internal vertical level supervision and horizontal department supervision have not fully played their roles.Therefore,we should solve the problems of internal supervision and restriction from the aspects of strengthening communication and cooperation with the discipline inspection and supervision team,giving full play to the supervision and restriction functions of the joint meeting and the procuratorial Committee,and solving the problems of external supervision and restriction from the aspects of perfecting the people's supervision system and building a benign interactive relationship between the procuratorial organs and the law.
