摘　　要：做好风险分级管理和安全隐患排查的双重预防机制建设有助于通航运行活动的安全开展。基于此,本文由双重预防机制建设的概述与重要性展开论述,从风险分析评价、配套制度建设、配套组织机构建设,以及隐患排查标准体系建设、专家组建设、信息化跟踪机制建设,这几个方面对通航风险分级管理和安全隐患排查双重预防机制建设进行了探讨,希望能够为通航领域的安全发展助力。The construction of a dual prevention mechanism for risk classification management and safety hazard investigation is conducive to the safe operation of navigation activities.Based on this,this article discusses the overview and importance of the construction of a dual prevention mechanism.From the aspects of risk analysis and evaluation,supporting system construction,supporting organizational structure construction,as well as the construction of hazard investigation standard system,expert group construction,and information tracking mechanism construction,this article explores the classification management of navigation risks and the construction of a dual prevention mechanism for safety hazard investigation,hoping to provide assistance for the safety development of the navigation field.
