摘　　要：随着电子产品向小型化、高性能和高可靠性方向的快速发展,工业清洗剂在电子制造工业中被广泛使用。为了提高清洗剂的去除能力,清洗剂生产厂家会加入石油、苯、卤代烃等有毒、有刺激性的溶剂,这些溶剂容易对大气环境和人体健康造成危害。为满足2022年国务院办公厅印发的《新污染物治理行动方案》中科学评价和精准施策的要求,做好工业清洗剂中的有毒有害物质的定性、定量工作显得尤为迫切。基于此,本论文将对电子制造工业清洗剂中的有毒有害物质进行评估调查;对相关法规标准和检测方法进行归纳总结,旨在为我国管控相关产品中新污染物提供参考。With the rapid development of electronic products towards miniaturization,high performance,and high reliability,industrial cleaning agents are widely used in the electronic manufacturing industry.To improve the removal ability of cleaning agents,cleaning agent manufacturers will add toxic and irritating solvents such as petroleum,benzene,and halogenated hydrocarbons,which can easily cause harm to the atmospheric environment and human health.To meet the requirements of scientific evaluation and precise implementation of the“Action Plan for New Pollutant Control”issued by the General Office of the State Council in 2022,it is particularly urgent to carry out qualitative and quantitative work on poisonous and harmful substances in industrial cleaning agents.Based on this,this paper will evaluate and investigate the poisonous and harmful substances in cleaning agents for the electronic manufacturing industry;Summarize and summarize relevant regulations,standards,and detection methods,aiming to provide references for China's control of new pollutants in related products.
